Wiki's don't Work
WIKIs are not for companies – they work well in the open source environment but a corporate use is out of the question, or is it? Deploying a WIKI is not just the deployment of the software but also the networking and knowledge sharing mentality. Many companies neglect this part of the deployment and because employees see their knowledge as their capital and job security they plainly refuse to share their knowledge with anyone.
